The partners in Chilli Masala are Paul and Faysol who have been involved with the business since it opened its doors in Dingwall on 1 July 2019.

We provide authentic home cooked Indian dishes freshly prepared by our team of talented chefs led by Faysol.   

Front of house operations are managed by Paul who ensures every customer receives the five star courteous and friendly service Chilli Masala has built its reputation on.
